Live feeds, camera crews and delivery for broadcast
From a single location shoot to a multi-venue festival, our crews handle camera work, live signal management and distribution so your programme receives a clean, stable feed.
Five services for broadcast feeds

Live Signal Management
Our signal team monitors and routes live video from the venue to your studio, watching levels and links throughout. If a path degrades, we switch to a backup route before viewers notice.
Contact →On-Location Camera Crews
Our camera operators cover news events, concerts and festivals to broadcast standard. They arrive with the kit needed for the job and work to your shot list and running order.

Content Distribution
Finished feeds reach your control room by satellite, fibre or secure internet transfer. We agree the delivery route and format with your engineers beforehand and confirm receipt at the other end.

Multi-Camera Event Feeds
We switch several cameras into one programme feed for stages, arenas and large events. The result arrives ready for television, with cuts planned around the running order you give us.

News Programme Support
For bulletins and current affairs, we provide quick-turnaround feeds and live inserts from the scene. Our crews work to your deadlines and stay in contact with the gallery during transmission.

Live Signal Management
Monitoring from venue to studio
An engineer watches the signal throughout the broadcast, checking picture, sound and link health. Any fault is reported to your gallery straight away, along with what we are doing about it.
Routing to one or several destinations
A single feed can be sent to your main studio and to other recipients at once. Tell us each destination in advance so the routes are built and tested before transmission.
Backup paths
Where the venue and budget allow, we set up a second route so a fault on one link does not interrupt the programme. We explain which options suit your event when we quote.
Communication with your control room
Our operations lead speaks directly with your engineers before and during the live window. Agreed cue points, talkback arrangements and fallback steps are written down and shared beforehand.
From first enquiry to delivered feed
Every job starts with a conversation about what you need to broadcast and where. We then confirm the plan in writing and stay with the feed until it has arrived safely.
Enquiry
You contact us through the contact page with the event, date, venue and where the feed needs to go. We read it and call back to ask anything that is unclear.
Planning and quotation
We agree crew, equipment, signal routes and delivery format, then send a written quotation. It states what is included and what would change the price.
Site preparation
Where possible we check the venue connections in advance. Our team confirms times and contacts with your control room and rehearses the delivery route.
Live operation
Crew and signal engineers work the event to the agreed plan. We keep a line open to your gallery and deal with any fault as it appears.
Delivery and invoice
Finished feeds are delivered by the agreed route and we confirm receipt. An invoice follows, payable by bank transfer under our payment and refund policy.
Questions about our services
These are the questions producers and organisers ask most often before booking. If yours is not here, write to us through the contact page.
Can you cover a single location shoot as well as large events?
Yes. We take on everything from a one-camera news shoot to a multi-venue concert or festival. The crew and equipment are sized to the job, so a small assignment is not loaded with kit it does not need. Tell us what you want to capture and we will propose a plan that fits it.
How do you deliver the finished feed to our control room?
We deliver by satellite, fibre or secure internet transfer, whichever suits your facility and the venue. Our distribution coordinator agrees the route, format and timings with your engineers beforehand. On the day we confirm with your control room that the feed has arrived and is clean.
What do you need from us before the day?
The most useful items are the venue address, the running order, transmission times, the receiving contact and the technical format you need. If you already have a shot list or editorial notes, send them too. We can work with partial information and fill gaps by phone.
Can you work to the tight deadlines of a news bulletin?
Our news programme support is built for quick turnaround, with live inserts and feeds delivered to your bulletin schedule. Short notice depends on crew availability, so contact us as early as you can. We will say plainly whether we can meet the time you need.
Do you provide a backup if a link fails during a live broadcast?
Where the venue and budget allow, we set up an alternative route so a fault on one link does not stop transmission. This is discussed and priced at the planning stage. Our signal team monitors throughout and reports problems to your gallery as soon as they appear.
How is a job priced?
Each job is quoted in writing after we understand the crew, equipment, duration and delivery route involved. The Prices page sets out what each service costs and what changes the figure. We do not start work until you have confirmed the quotation.
How do ordering and payment work?
You send an enquiry through the contact page, we reply with a written quotation or confirmation, and after the job we issue an invoice. Payment is by bank transfer. Cancellations and refunds follow our payment and refund policy, which is published on the site.
Do you work outside Shropshire?
Our base is in Shrewsbury, and our crews have worked for broadcasters across the Midlands and Wales. We can travel further for the right assignment. Travel time and costs are included in the quotation so there are no surprises afterwards.
